We measure each opening on site, build the screen in our Brooklyn shop, and install it clean within the same week.   • Do you make custom-size screens for odd windows?

    Yes. Pre-war coops, brownstones, and historic buildings rarely have standard window sizes. We measure each frame on site, build the screen in our Brooklyn shop, and install it to fit exactly.

  • What types of screens do you offer?

    Standard window screens, solar screens for sun-facing exposures, heavy-duty pet-resistant mesh, roll-down screens for storefronts and terraces, and inserts for tilt-and-turn or casement windows.

  • How long does a screen job take?

    Most residential screen orders are measured, built, and installed within the same week. Larger storefront or roll-down installs may take 7–10 days from measurement.

  • Do you remove old screens and dispose of them?

    Yes — we remove and dispose of the old screens at no extra charge during installation.

  • Are your screens covered by a warranty?

    Our screens carry a 1-year workmanship warranty against frame failure or mesh defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover physical damage from impact.

  • Do you service commercial storefronts and restaurants?

    Yes. We handle storefront roll-down screens, kitchen and patio screens for restaurants, and bug-rated screens for ground-floor commercial spaces across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
