Glow Glass started in 2018 with a single truck, a Brooklyn workshop, and one rule: pick up the phone, every time. Seven years and over 2,100 jobs later, that is still the rule.
Most NYC property owners only call a glass company when something has gone wrong — a window’s broken, a storefront’s been hit, a shower door’s come off its track. By the time they call us, they have usually been promised same-day service somewhere else and gotten it two days later, or watched a quote double after the work started. We built Glow Glass on the opposite habits: real glaziers answering real phones, transparent estimates before any work begins, and crews who show up when they say they will.
We are a family-run team, headquartered in Brooklyn, working every borough from the Upper East Side to Coney Island. Every install we do meets NYC Department of Buildings code. Every job we take, we take seriously — whether it is a single foggy window in a Park Slope brownstone or a full storefront replacement after a break-in in SoHo. Seven years in, that is still what makes the difference.
